Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist holds a very important role as a liaison between the client, Director of Client Services and the Development team. This position will directly report to the Director of Client Services/Business Development and the COO. This position requires an extremely detail oriented and task driven individual, who is able to execute tasks under strict deadlines. The person that will excel in this position thrives on detail, is adaptable and likes the fast paced work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creates, executes and verifies testing plans for responsible pieces of an integration in accordance with departmental and team standards
  • Participates in creating and maintaining documentation related to the functionality of integrations and data involved
  • Planning, scheduling and completing all necessary integrations to get clients software tailored to their specific dealerships/software requirements.
  • Working in Monday.com for all task related items and communication amongst teams
  • Guide customers through the process of system integration through multiple integration partners
  • Creating and completing all client timelines with the Director
  • Providing the necessary deliverable items to all the needed team members
  • Configuration of all necessary software integrations and testing for functionality
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and testing for all stages of A2Z software
  • Assisting Director & COO with any client related deliverables
  • Effectively working/communicating with all team members including marketing and outside clients
  • Customer service and retention

 

Skills/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of computer languages such as PHP, HTML, XML, web services is preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML and SaAs
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain appropriate level of privacy and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to promptly answer service related emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Typing proficiency: 50-70 wpm

Account Manager


Description:

Directs self(team) for the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of enterprise software, and networking systems. Generates install & training timelines, presents fees/contracts, and ensures training/installs are completed based on the needs of the client organization. Generate all training material needed for enterprise software and update any training based upon future developments in software. Oversees the operations of all installs, and implementation specialists/help desk who interface with the client organization. Reports directly to the Director and works in conjunction with all sales/development and installation of       enterprise software. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for each client, while developing all budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure of company and client.

As an Account Manager, you will directly impact sales success and revenue growth in a fast paced, high growth company. You will be responsible for driving sales for new product lines for new clients. This position requires industry and product expertise, as well as the ability to plan, develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed aggressive sales goals. An Account Executive will need to quickly learn the technical aspects of the product, articulate the value proposition and effectively respond to objections, competitive questions and other FAQ’s.

You can expect to:

  • Execute a strong sales plan, selling solutions to large dealer clients
  • Implement and provide training for software solution/sales process
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of the automotive industry, sales process and finance options/products
  • Work directly with implementation team to deliver completed software to client
  • Work with business development team & implementation team in creating & executing client timelines/training schedules & client launch schedule
  • Build out training materials and distribute upon new feature releases amongst clients
  • Offer support before, during and after all client launch’s
  • Proactively manage your schedule, sales pipeline and customer appointments
  • Create sales opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Inform existing customers in designated market of new products and/or enhancements.
  • Serve as an industry and product expert while staying abreast of industry trends, insights and competitive dynamics of the marketplace
  • Effectively analyze prospect needs, execute solution-based selling techniques, and move quality opportunities through the pipeline, from sales appointments to close  
  • Conduct sales presentations with key buying influencers and decision makers up to and including, C-level Executives
  • Provide value added market intelligence to sales leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team to optimize team selling productivity
  • Represent A2Z at sales events and trade shows
  • 50% travel required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years proven experience in automotive finance & or direct dealership experience
  • Proven record in executing effective selling strategies for large enterprise clients

Help Desk Specialist


Description:

Offer support and technical assistance to customers who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to their computers.

 

Job duties:

  • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
  • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Assisting Account manager in writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
  • Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
  • Knowledge of helpdesk platforms and chat

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of A2Z software and development of application, automotive industry a plus.  Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software, experience with Network Repairs and Analysis, great Customer Service Skills & patience in assisting users through touble shooting, ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience, writing and editing Skills to aid in writing and updating manuals, education in Computer Repairs and how to troubleshoot problems , and specific knowledge of other required computer systems for different work environments. Ability to communicate effectively with all skill sets and all levels of users. Work effectively with development team, account managers, implementation team, business development team and COO.
