The Implementation Specialist holds a very important role as a liaison between the client, Director of Client Services and the Development team. This position will directly report to the Director of Client Services/Business Development and the COO. This position requires an extremely detail oriented and task driven individual, who is able to execute tasks under strict deadlines. The person that will excel in this position thrives on detail, is adaptable and likes the fast paced work environment.

Directs self(team) for the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of enterprise software, and networking systems. Generates install & training timelines, presents fees/contracts, and ensures training/installs are completed based on the needs of the client organization. Generate all training material needed for enterprise software and update any training based upon future developments in software. Oversees the operations of all installs, and implementation specialists/help desk who interface with the client organization. Reports directly to the Director and works in conjunction with all sales/development and installation of enterprise software. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for each client, while developing all budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure of company and client.
As an Account Manager, you will directly impact sales success and revenue growth in a fast paced, high growth company. You will be responsible for driving sales for new product lines for new clients. This position requires industry and product expertise, as well as the ability to plan, develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed aggressive sales goals. An Account Executive will need to quickly learn the technical aspects of the product, articulate the value proposition and effectively respond to objections, competitive questions and other FAQ’s.

Offer support and technical assistance to customers who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to their computers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of A2Z software and development of application, automotive industry a plus. Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software, experience with Network Repairs and Analysis, great Customer Service Skills & patience in assisting users through touble shooting, ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience, writing and editing Skills to aid in writing and updating manuals, education in Computer Repairs and how to troubleshoot problems , and specific knowledge of other required computer systems for different work environments. Ability to communicate effectively with all skill sets and all levels of users. Work effectively with development team, account managers, implementation team, business development team and COO.
