Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • This Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing web-based application tests – both manual and automated to meet the quality requirements of the platform.
  • This role includes designing, implementing and debugging tests as well as identifying corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities & open defect counts).
  • Ultimately, you will be responsible for monitoring all stages of software development in order to identify, prevent and/or resolve system defects consistent with the highest quality standards.
  • One of your primary duties will be to build out a suite of browser-based regression tests for testing against multiple devices and browsers. These tests should be able to integrate without our existing development lifecycle workflow.
  • This position is based in Denver, Colorado.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Required
  • Bachelor’s STEM or Computer Science degree or related experience
  • 5-7 years of software quality work experience
  • Knowledge of SQL (i.e., SELECT, JOIN, HAVING statements) & backend testing experience
  • Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Experience with automated test services for multiple browsers and devices, such as Appium, Browserstack, etc
  • Creating test plans for features and releases
  • 2 or more years of developing and debugging regression test suites using Selenium-based WebDrivers
  • 2 or more years of Agile/Scrum methodology work experience

A Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. They ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. A Technical Project Manager is the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding integration concerns. 


The Technical Project Manager will use their industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost-benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

Senior UX:UI Designer

Overview
The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for designing and maintaining positive user experiences for custom enterprise-class applications used by a variety of users with differing capabilities. The Senior User Experience Designer is a key player in determining the future design direction of A2Z Sync most mission-critical projects.
