A2Z Sync was founded in 2017 by Aaron Wallace, the owner of the Schomp Automotive Group. A2Z Sync set out to revolutionize the retail environment by creating a highly customer-centric purchasing experience that enabled his dealerships to stand out from the competition, gain market share, and increase profitability. 

A2Z Sync helps its clients successfully transition to a One-Person Sales Model by providing operational readiness assessments, intensive in-dealership training, and ongoing technical and training support. A2Z Sync develops a fully-customized implementation roadmap tailored to the needs of each dealer to ensure the successful long-term use of its software platform.

Joining the A2Z Sync team is a natural progression in my automotive career. After leading AutoTrader.com, TrueCar and many other ventures – I now have the chance to work on the biggest and most important opportunity in automotive retail: helping dealers improve the core customer experience. As CEO of the Schomp Automotive Group, Aaron founded A2Z Sync in 2017 to provide a One-Person Sales Model that facilitates modern purchase experiences in the automotive sector. He continues his family’s legacy to create progressive business practices that focus on the customer’s experience and satisfaction. Natalia Giner

Head of Product

Natalia brings 20 years of automotive experience to A2Z Sync, with her primary focus of creating a game-changing, customer-centric experience. Over the past three years, she led the team that built the A2Z platform from scratch and successfully oversaw many dealer transitions to the One-Person Sales Model. She brings a great passion for product development and business consulting to her mission of helping dealers modernize car buying.

Matt Packer

Head of Engineering

Matt leads the Engineering department, and has worked as a Product Manager and a Software Engineer, at A2Z Sync. Before joining A2Z Sync, he was a Co-Founder at Nohtbook, where he designed, built, and launched an unobtrusive messaging app for iPhone. He earned an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, graduating with honors, and is a graduate of Turing School of Software & Design.

Brian Allee

Head of Sales & Client Success

Brian leads the team of retail experts who convert progressive dealers from the traditional retail model to the One-Person Sales Model. He and his team implement the in-store A2Z software and guides the way from start to finish. Brian’s nearly 20 years of automotive retail experience have helped other dealers achieve optimal results with an organizational transformation.

Brian MacDonald

Head of Finance

Brian leads the Finance, Accounting, and Administrative functions at A2Z Sync. Prior to joining A2Z, he was the Corporate Controller for Cox Automotive Retail Solutions where he was on the Management team for brands including Dealertrack, Vinsolutions, vAuto, and xTime. Brian first started in the automotive software sector at Dealer.com where he helped lead the Company through its S-1 process prior to being acquired by Dealertrack Technologies for $1.2B. Brian began his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he spent six years in the Boston Office advising high-tech and emerging growth Clients.

Tori Morandi

Head of Marketing

Tori Morandi is the Head of Marketing for A2Z Sync. She is a passionate veteran of the auto industry and is a sought-after speaker and facilitator. Prior to joining A2Z Sync, Tori held lead learning and development roles at Volvo Car USA as well as Audi of America, working to further the success of dealers across the US and North America.

Tori also worked for A2Z Sync CEO, Chip Perry as Manager of Industry Education at AutoTrader.com, regularly speaking at industry events and championing dealer growth in the Digital Marketing space. She earned her BA from Pepperdine University.
